ARE THERE EXTRA COSTS FOR SERVICES PERFORMED ON A HOLIDAY?
We consider the following to be our major annual holidays: Mother's Day, Father's Day, New Years Eve/Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve Day. There is up to a $25 surcharge plus your visit rate and travel fee. "Convenient Key"members pay only $20 for holidays.

MY PET HAS BEEN AGGRESSIVE IN THE PAST - CAN IT STILL BE A CLIENT?
For aggressive pets, our sitter will interview you and your pet, in person, to determine if there is a good fit between your pet and our services. If additional visits are needed to socialize your pet with our pet care provider, then you will need to be present at all visits and pay the normal service fee until socialized.

WILL YOU DISCIPLINE MY PET, IF NECESSARY?
Pet Sitting 4 Paws will NEVER discipline your pet! We believe in positive reinforcement for pets. We will never hit, spank, slap, yank the leash, yell or grab your pet. If there is a disciplinary problem, i.e. toilet training issues, running away, etc., you will be informed of the incident(s) and we will implement your suggested disciplinary actions.

I HAVE A LAST MINUTE TRIP SUDDENLY COME UP! CAN YOU HELP ME?
Of course! We will always try to help you on short notice, as we know plans may suddenly change.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN I RETURN HOME?
You can expect to find your pets healthy and happy, as well as an impeccably maintained home. You will find a note from us. The note will give a report on how everything went while you were away. When you arrive home, you need to call us to let us know you've returned. The note we leave for you will remind you of this.

MY CAT LIVES OUTSIDE. WILL YOU COME MAKE SURE HE/SHE IS OKAY?
If your cat is an outdoor cat, Pet Sitting 4 Paws is not repsonsible for the well-being of your cat. Although most pet sitters do not care for strays or outside cats, we do. We also offer every other day feedings too!

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

We are available to serve you and your family pet 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

DO YOU HAVE REFERENCES?
Yes. Excellent local references are available upon request.

WHAT IF YOU'RE NOT AVAILABLE?
We have NEVER not been available. My husband & I take off for a vacation once a year and we always give at least 4 months in advance. You will receive a notice via mail, phone or email.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN I RETURN FROM MY TRIP?
PLEASE CALL, text message us or email within 12 hours of your return to let me know that you arrived safely.

DO YOU ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL REQUESTS?
Does your pup prefer scrambled eggs for breakfast? Will your fish only eat his worms hand-fed? Does your kitty like to ride down the hall on your back? These are the endearing things that your pets love and we love to do for them. I wouldn't have it any other way.
